We are so excited to have you apart of our nutrition wellness program. Working together with our physicians, our nutrition team provides individualized evaluations, services and encouragement to help patients develop a nutrition plan that is best for their health needs. This involves not only addressing what you eat but also how you think and feel about food and your body. This is not a one size fits all approach. We will strive to understand your needs, preferences, and goals in order to offer realistic and personalized solutions for your nutrition and health concerns. Our team can help you achieve optimal weight and reduce body fat, develop an individualized nutrition and exercise plan, increase energy and vitality, understand and eliminate cravings, reduce stress and improve sleep and create a meal plan that works for your lifestyle. We hope to create a relationship built on trust so that we can honestly and openly communicate with one another. Because our habits are deeply engrained, making changes that will last a lifetime occurs in stages and often takes time. Be patient.
My Story
More about my style of training: I've always had a desire to help people look and feel their best. I started off in the cosmetology field and ended up pursuing a career in aesthetics. During this path, I have learned how much impact food has on not only your physical being but your mental health as well. Growing up in a family that struggles with obesity and eating disorders has driven me to a passion of teaching the intimate connection between what we eat, how we care for our bodies, and our overall health, happiness, and fulfillment. I want you to be able to navigate life Without having to (completely get rid of) all the food you love.
I will often ask you in check-ins, "what are three things you absolutely love about yourself?" or "what have you done great this week that has nothing to do with exercising and eating?" Because I truly believe that your mental state is everything when it comes to a lifestyle change. It takes determination and alot of self love, and i am so excited to see you fall in love with yourself.
